The house is located in a small village in the countryside near the city of Basel. It is close to the village center, but very quiet and traffic-free in a dead end. The space I can offer two guest rooms for 1 to 2 persons each. Both are equipped with a 140x200 cm bed, a wardrobe and seating. Room 1 also has a mobile table, which can be moved over the bed or used separately as a desk. The shower and WC on the floor are for the personal use of the guests. As the partition wall is not fully insulated, the rooms are only rented out to people who belong together. If only one room is required, the second will remain empty. Only one room can be booked via the advertisement. The occupancy of both rooms is by arrangement. Costs per room CHF 35.- for occupancy by one person, CHF 50.- for occupancy by two persons. The cleaning fee is charged at a flat rate of CHF 10 per room. The kitchen is reserved for private use. I serve breakfast / brunch for CHF 6.00 to 15.00 according to your wishes. By arrangement there is also the possibility of dinner in the house for CHF 12.00 to CHF 20.00. Guest access In addition to the rooms, the living and dining room and the garden may be used. The washing machine and the tumbler in the cellar may be used for an additional fee an agreement with the hostess. During your stay I am looking forward to welcoming you to my home. According to your wishes, I serve for CHF 5.- to 15.- breakfast / brunch. By arrangement there is also the possibility for a dinner in the house (CHF 12.00 to CHF 20.00) Other things to note This is a smoke free accommodation. Pets are not allowed. I appreciate the careful handling of the facility and a sustainable management. For long stays discounts can be made by arrangement.
