It is inspired by modern-designed condominium units. It is within the building that has a pharmacy / minimart that is open from 8am to 9pm daily. You won't have a hard time looking for groceries and other necessities that you will need. The apartment is directly beside the pharmacy. Please be informed that outside noise may be heard from inside the apartment. The apartment is secure and safe since it is gated and within the premises of the building. However, it is best to be careful when going out of the apartment at night, and always bring the keys with you. We can only accommodate inquiries from our guests from 8am until 11pm every day. Features: Cable TV, Wifi, Small Refrigerator, etc. There are no extra fees for electricity and other utilities. Unless of course there are damages caused by guests. Guest access Guests have access of the rented apartment and all its amenities only. Other things to note Please be reminded that since this studio apartment is on the ground floor, outside noise like cars passing by, people talking, neighbors playing music and such can be heard from the inside during the day. However, it will become more quiet at night. WIFI There is wifi but it's not recommended for business or heavy use. Though there will be free Wifi in the room, mobile phone signal may be a little weak when inside. EARLY CHECK-IN Please be reminded that for check-ins earlier than 2pm will have an extra fee of Php500. LATE CHECK-OUT We allow late check-out as long as the unit will have no incoming guest. Late check-out will incur an additional fee of Php500.
