A delightful holiday cottage in a Country Manor Estate of 55 acres just outside the vibrant town of Newquay. The ground floor offers a light and spacious open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, lounge & dining area. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a double & twin and a shower room. Great value pet friendly cottage for 4 people just 6 miles from the some of the UK's best beaches, there are many top attractions, beautiful villages and excellent restaurants only a short drive away. The space Rose cottage is ideal for 4 people, perfect for family holidays or for couples, 1 or 2 dogs are welcome too. A two storey terraced cottage, the ground floor is open plan with a well equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you need for a relaxed self catering holiday, there is a dining table with four chairs and a lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. The front of the cottage has a large window for maximum light and the electric central heating provides all year round warmth, outside there is a paved patio area with table & chairs and communal gardens with lawns and landscaped gardens. The first floor has two good size bedrooms (a king size double and a twin) and a bathroom with a shower. This cottage is situated at the Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort but use of the leisure facilities at the resort is not included with the rental, located in Whitecross a small hamlet just outside Newquay, sourrunded by rolling countryside in mid Cornwall, it is easy to explore the region and the many nearby beaches, traditional Cornish villages and attractions. The cottage is clean and comfortable and well presented with a dedicated local property manager to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. All the beds will be made up for your arrival but please remember to take your own towels. Fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable self catering holiday for all ages, with attractive furniture, decor and appliances, situated in beautiful surroundings within the grounds of The Atlantic Reach Manor Estate. Guest access Guests have private use of the whole cottage. Other things to note This cottage is situated at the Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort but use of the leisure facilities at the resort is not included with the rental. This cottage is pet friendly and dogs are welcome to stay with you for your family holiday, all we ask is that dogs stay downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture, there is a stairgate to prevent four legged friends going upstairs. There is an extra charge for a dog of £6 per night or £9 per night for two dogs. The cottage has a Positive Input Ventilation System (PIV) which provides a continuous supply of fresh filtered air through positive pressurisation. Unobtrusive to guests this system means that the air inside is being permanently exchanged with fresh outside air. The double room has a King Size bed. Atlantic reach is a family friendly holiday destination and they do not allow group bookings under the age of 30 years or single sex groups. Group bookings are defined as three or more adults.
