Basically , its a newly finished unit of Lessandra Homes by Camella furnished with essentials only. One bedroom for two guests with aircon & one room for one or two guests , fan only. Both rooms located on 2nd floor. Kitchen & dining & bathroom downstairs. Floor area is about 23 square meters, downstairs. Same area upstairs. Lessandra Homes is composed of town houses. It is gated with 24 /7 security. 10 to 15 mins away from SM city The space Lessandra is a gated subdivision composed of single detached & townhouses of 5 units. My space is in one of the townhouses. Security is 24/7, so no problem on this aspect. Outside Lessandra are tricycles, some taxi, habalhabal & pedicabs . SM city situated downtown is about P50 fare by tricycle. My place is super quiet because there are still few homeowners who moved in.
