Double bedroom near Elland Road

Our beautiful double bedroom around Elland Road and easy access by motorway(M1 and M62)! Less than 10mins to city center, universities, Arena, train station and coach station by car or bus!Ideally, we tend to host one person in this room, couple also welcome, there will be extra £10 for charged.BTW, I have two dogs The space Room in the detached house. Guest will have their own private room and share bathroom and toilet with other guests Corner shop:Available Pub :Available Take-away: Available Guest access If you want to bring guest to home, Please let us know in advance, as we reserve right to deny your guest entry my house. Extra guest stay will be extra £10 per day. Guest will have their own private double room with towel. We will share all the common areas: Toilet and Bathroom. If you use any applicant, please clean it after you use them. If you are going to use my address as mail address (Letter or parcel), please get your permission before using my address as delivery address. Earlier check in or late check out are subject to availability,Please let us know in advance in case we have other guests have some request. If you have specific requirement, please put it in your first message. During your stay We love to meet people and make new friends. We like hosting people from every corner of the world. We can share common topic or topics. On the weekend, we like going out for a couple of drinks, our guest are extremely welcome to join us. We like showing Leeds night life. Other things to note DO: Please leave it (Kitchen or toilet) as you found it (clean) Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available. You MUST check in before 10pm. Or arrange to pick up the key. You are welcome to use washing machine! These is £5,as compensation for water and washing liquid and electricity! We will provide the key for our guest and make sure everything is easy for them. DO NOT: Do not eat other people`s stuff without asking. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. Because sometimes we might busy and forget to leave a towel in the room etc. Let us know if you need something we can offer.
