The modern and comfortable apartments offer an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a large furnished private veranda, ideal for eating outdoors and experiencing Sardinia in complete freedom The space The spacious and bright apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The rooms are completed by a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, consisting of two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and two elegant bathrooms with a shower stall. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LCD TV, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The large, furnished, covered veranda for exclusive use is the ideal space for dining outdoors and enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. Guest access The property has a reception desk, where guests are welcomed and check in. If needed, guests can also leave their luggage in the designated storage area. The common areas include large, well-kept gardens with a lawn, several BBQs, a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a children's play area, ideal for spending pleasant moments relaxing and having fun. Other things to note The apartments are on the ground floor or first floor. We kindly ask you to inform us of any preferences at the time of booking and to request confirmation of the availability of the desired option. If no preference is specified, the apartment will be assigned randomly. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children. Bookings with more than 2 adults will not be accepted. Children up to 16 years old stay free of charge. For children up to 3 years old, a "Baby Welcome Pack" (crib - high chair - changing table - baby bath) is also available at no additional cost. The apartments can be located on the ground floor or on the first floor. Please let us know any preferences at the time of booking: the requested option will be confirmed based on availability.
