We offer you a fully equipped apartment with a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen and a private bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Raimund Theater is located right opposite the apartment. Nearby are grocery stores and restaurants as well as the famous Mariahilferstraße for shopping. The space The 38 m² apartment offers a spacious 25 m² living/sleeping room with a high-quality box-spring bed. A 42" flat-screen TV with 100 TV channels & Wi-Fi are available. The private bathroom with: Hot tub - Rain shower - Toilet - Hair dryer and mirror Towels and linens are, of course, provided by us. The kitchen is fully equipped: - Microwave with oven function - Stovetop - Fridge - Toaster - Coffee machine - Kettle Washer & Dryer. Coffee pods and tea are provided. Public transport: - Westbahnhof and U-Bahn U3 + U6 = 10 minutes - Metro 6 Gumpendorfer Straße = 5 minutes - U-Bahn 4 - Margaretengürtel = 10 minutes - Taxi stand: 1 minute Guest access We offer you a fully equipped apartment with a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Other things to note Check-in from 2 PM - 8 PM Check out: until 10:00 Please let us know your arrival time in advance, so we can best organize your visit :) Especially if your arrival is delayed, please let us know! We will give you the keys personally. If your arrival is delayed by more than 1 hour and we do not receive advance notice, we will charge you 10 euros for every started hour. For arrivals after 10 pm, there is a nightly surcharge for key handover of 30 euros incl. 13% VAT. No arrivals after 12 midnight - or only upon prior request.
