Small studio in an old renovated barn. Private entrance. Need a pied-à-terre ideally located in Alsace? Want to visit the Alsatian region? Any reason is good to come and spend a stay with us :) We welcome you to our fully equipped studio! Great for a couple, business trip, romantic getaway or with friends! If you'd like, we'd love to advise you on visits to the surrounding area! see you soon Laurine & Renaud The space Our studio (30 m2) has: - a bathroom with shower + toilet and vanity (towels, shower mat, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo provided) - 1 equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, fondue set, etc.) - a sleeping area with a double bed separated from the living room with a curtain, plenty of storage. Bed linen provided. - a living room: sofa, TV, wood stove (wood provided) shoe cabinet, storage cabinet, display with many brochures on activities in the area, a large guide (homemade) with all the necessary information about the surroundings. - a small outdoor porch: table with two chairs, 1 folding bike (ideal for looking for bread and rolls 3 minutes away, 5 minutes from shops, 8 minutes from a park, etc...) a clothes rack, a storage cupboard. no wifi. Guest access Our accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac, the spaces on the street are free. There's always a spot available on this street. Wittelsheim has a train station, as well as many bus connections. We are quite central in the Haut-Rhin and by way of comparison we are 15 minutes from Mulhouse, 30 minutes from Colmar, about 1 hour from Strasbourg, 30 minutes from Belfort, etc. Other things to note Upon arrival you will have access to a guide that we have specially prepared for you with all the activities, restaurants, hikes etc. that we recommend in the area. We are discreet but if you wish we are happy to chat with you and advise you for a successful stay! Please note that the Wi-Fi does not work in the apartment.
