Stone Mountain Lilburn: A Serene Retreat

Master bedroom and en suite bath with walk in shower. (adults only). New smart TV and wifi. You will be the only guests. Two residents . Shared areas are laundry facilities, patio, den with dining area, full kitchen access and carport parking. (No pets or ESA's due to shared area safety/health issues). Tranquil brick ranch in Lilburn/St. Mtn. in quiet neighborhood on 1 acre. 5 minutes to St. Mtn. Park and all it has to offer. 17 miles to Downtown. 30 to airport. Quick Drive to Emory & Decatur. The space We don't instant book but respond very quickly! Suited for one adult or couple. This is a neat and comfortable home. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Private bath for the master bedroom, with wifi and smart TV. . Your party will be the only guest(s). Can accommodate up to 2 guests (1 queen bed). Very private and allows you to set your own pace. Two cats but not in common areas when there (upon request). Never in master bedroom. Doors to their rooms kept closed. Your room door is labeled for use when you arrive. Guest access You will have full use of kitchen, great room and a dining area with eat-in bar. Den area for shared use, with tv in master. kitchen occasionally shared with Briana and Alex. The Master Bedroom is reserved for your use with your own television (light cable). Share den, dining area and kitchen. The girls will most likely be in the living room when you are there. Daughter and her roommate use the two smaller bedrooms and have an optional separate entrance. You will park in covered parking and have full use of the back yard. During your stay I live 5 minutes away and am available as needed. Keep my cell available when guests are there. Daughter is a student who helps host. She and female roommate occupy the smaller bedrooms. Hall bath/front room is reserved for their use. Often not home but does work online when home. Please respect that in regards to TV volume when sign indicates they are working. Anticipating a foster cat soon:) ADOPTED-Do not open closed doors so cats don't get out. Other things to note Daughter does have use of two smaller bedrooms, hall bath and front rooms as work space. She will give you all the space you need when in residence. You will share kitchen with her. No moving trucks (vans are fine).
