Casa Maria has superb sea & country views from our 2 hectare hill top. It is 1 of 3 cottages, lovingly restored to retain their rustic Algarvian charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen & all modern amenities. The shared 10x5m pool is set in a mature Mediterranean garden. Only 6 km from the beach & 2 km from the friendly village of Moncarapacho, which has many great restaurants. We enjoy a micro climate, no frost & little rain. Our nearest beach, Fuseta, is often compared to the Caribbean. The space Casa Maria is the largest of the 3 cottages with split level, open plan area. The Both bedrooms are em suite. There is table seating for 8, both inside & out. Also 4 sun lounges. Private parking. Both patios have sea view and shaded by 300 year old carob tree. It is attached to Casa Helena , but separated by an archway & shrubbery for privacy. Guest access Casa Maria is between Casa Catarina & Casa Hélena on a 2-hectar hilltop with shared pool. It has private patios & private parking. It is not overlooked. There is ample parking behind. Other things to note "Peace & quiet", is the way most guests describe Monte Velho.
