Old country house completely restored in the quiet village of Gabiano Monferrato. From the panoramic terrace you'll enjoy a magnificent view on the hills and on the swimming pool. In winter you can relax in front of the fireplace The space The apartment is very cosy thanks to the materials used for its restoration (stone and wood ). The athmosphere here is very quiet. Guest access On the panoramic terrace you can eat, barbecue and sunbathe. Inside there's a large living room with equipped cooking and dining area, fireplace, sofa bed for 2 persons, while in the bedroom there are 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating. In the good season (usually from May to September) guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, to be shared with another family. Other things to note The area is quiet and off the beaten track but it allows you to visit all the North-West of Italy, from the Alps to the Mediterranean or the lakes. You can go shopping in Milan and Turin or in the Serravalle designer's outlet (on the A26 toward Genova). But you can also visit the small villages on the hills of Monferrato (for instance Vignale and Moncalvo), or the Asti and Roero hills and, of course, the famous Langhe with their Barolo and Barbaresco wine production.
