Walk to the downtown pedestrian mall, Belmont neighborhood and restaurants, and wooded trail along the river from our two-bedroom basement guest suite with a full bath and living area. Built in the 1940s and fully renovated in fall 2017, the home retains original character while boasting modern amenities, comfort, and cleanliness. We live upstairs with two dogs. NO SMOKERS OR SMOKING, PLEASE. The space Our walkout basement features two bedrooms with Queen beds and blackout curtains. There is a full bath and large living area with a leather sofa and love seat, plus an expandable table and chairs. Please note there is no kitchen. There is a large screen TV with Apple TV and WiFi for steaming on your own device. There is a mini fridge, hot water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, basic dishes, and drinking water provided. You will enter the space by walking around the side of the house, through the fence and to the back patio. There is ample, free street parking in front of the home. Please note this is our full time home and we live upstairs with two dogs. You may see our very friendly hound roaming the backyard from time to time. You will likely not see much of our chihuahua as she is not friendly, but you may hear a few barks from upstairs (not at night - she loves her sleep and so do we!). You may also hear them prancing around; we work to keep the noise to a minimum. If you are allergic to or uncomfortable with dogs, this may not be the best place for you. Check in is done by you via a lock box. Detailed instructions can be found in the app upon booking. We have a Tesla home charger available, included with your stay. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly and shuffle our cars for you. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Our space is ideal for a total of 4 humans. We will consider additional children on a case by case basis - please inquire!
