It has an indirect view towards the sea and it's less than 100m walk to the seafront. The space Suitable for two guests whether they are a couple or not. The living and sleeping room of the studio flat includes a super king size double (6 foot across). It can also be set up as two full size single beds (3 foot across) as can be seen in the photos. There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a bathroom with full size bath and shower. The main studio room measures 4.5m by 4.3m giving space for a table and chairs, sofa, tv as well as the ample bed. The bed has a high quality mattress ensuring a very comfortable nights sleep. It has superfast wifi and a 4k TV for cosy nights in. Guests love our stylish studio with its separate kitchen and it's superb central location. The hallway shared with the other apartments is in need of a lick of paint, but once past that you are into our lovely place and will have the seafront so close. It is not suitable for groups, parties or children. Guest access Guests will have full and sole access to the apartment. Other things to note Brighton's historic Lanes and Pavilion are a short walk away and the pier can be reached with a short stroll along the seafront. The Brighton Centre, Odeon Cinema and all the night life Brighton offers are also easily reached. As well as being so well located for all the relaxation and entertainment that the beach and centre offer, the apartment is close to shops and supermarkets. Waitrose is 3 minutes away as is a Sainsburys Local. The shops and cafes of Western Road are at the end of the road. Churchill Square Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away.
