Two rooms in a barrier-free single-family house with garden/parking: - WiFi - Breakfast+lunch menu in the café/gas station with shop, 24-hour shopping (200m) - Butcher/Regional shop (350m) - Children's playground (500m) - Fields and forest - Historic Castle - Vienna (50min), St. Pölten (20min) - Melk, Göttweig, Krems/Donau and Wachau (30min) We are very flexible and happy to help with trip planning. We are parents/grandparents and we are always open to requests and look forward to our guests! The space Room in a cozy single-family house, barrier-free, easily accessible by public transport, nice view to forest and fields, near historical castle Thalheim, Iceland horse ranch Haselbach, as well as skiing resort Jauerling. Download the App: VOR or ÖBB (App Store or Google Play) - 25 min by bus to St. Pölten or Tullnerfeld (VOR) + 20 min by train to Vienna (ÖBB) - flexibus from here to Vienna (50 min) - 25 min by car to Melk (monastery Stift Göttweig, Stift Melk), Tulln, Krems at the Danube (wine, apricots, universities) - 35 km to the next skiing resort (rent a car, good and safe road even for unexperienced skier unlike to other skiing resorts, family skiing resort with child-friendly skiing teachers, magic carpet for children to learn skiing quicker, a skiing hut with a conservatory to watch from the warm inside) Guest access The two specified rooms, the bathroom and toilet, the kitchen and the garden can be used, not our private living room, bedroom, attic and the rooms in the basement. - Pool use only on request and at your own risk ⚠️ - Swimming is prohibited for non-swimmers and swimmers with limited swimming skills as well as people under the influence of alcohol or drugs! - Jumping from the edge of the pool is prohibited! - We do not assume any responsibility for supervision and parents are liable for their children! During your stay I live in the house with my husband and we are present! You are our only guests! We are very flexible and respect the privacy of our guests! We are of course happy to answer any questions, provide assistance and talk to you! Other things to note -no smoking inside, it is allowed under the covered carport at the house entrance or in the garden -no pets in room or bed (allowed on the corridor where it is warm)
