Hi, We offer for rent just 150 m from the lake, a fully equipped 30 m² studio. It is located in the old Hôtel des Bains, now residential at 46 Rue de la Morgerie 38850 PALADRU. It is conveniently located to enjoy the lake and its surroundings, with the restaurant of the Tourelle at the foot of the building, as well as a bakery and a tobacco shop/bar right next door. Parking is free at the foot of the building or in the inner courtyard behind the building. The space Bike rental 200 m away. The building also faces the future archaeological museum of Paladru, which will open its doors by mid/end of 2021. The studio is fully equipped, with a kitchen and all its utensils, induction cooktop, combi oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, high table and 4 chairs, heating, shower and toilet. The capacity is 4 beds thanks to a double bed 140*190 cm and a convertible corner sofa 140*190 cm as well. Free Wi-Fi, TNT TV, bed linen and towels provided.
