Room equipped with a very large ultra comfortable bed (new bedding) in a very nice warm and very clean house. 3 buses nearby to get to the city of Nancy in 10/15 min. Small shops and bakery nearby (5/10 min). Faculty of Science and Medicine also nearby (5 min by Bus). ARTEM complex 15 min by bus (mines, icn, etc...) Restaurant, good value for money, 20 m away. Opposite the park of Mrs. Graffigny and close to the Botanical Garden The space Very large spacious room, with everything you need available, 3 buses within 2 minutes go to the city center, close to small shops and bakery (5/10 min), the Faculty of Science and Medicine (5 min by bus), 15 min by bus from the Artem complex (school of mines, icn etc...) . Restaurant very good value for money 20 meters away. Guest access Guests will have a bathroom for Airbnb guests only. You can access the common areas including the kitchen to heat dishes or simple cooking so as not to occupy the space for too long. Common areas must remain very clean for all users. In case of non-compliance with the common areas, they may be refused to you. During your stay We are reachable, Selma and I via the Airbnb app or by text.
