I have a small farm with some chickens and one dog. It is beautiful and serene. My home has been on the Chester County House Tour three times. The home is gracious and comfortable. Your room IS Air conditioned. Check in time is flexible. Oh and when the power goes put, we have a generator that runs the whole house. nice to have. Please note, these are rooms, not the entire house. There are beautiful gardens and art everywhere. We are very accommodating and you may stay one night or a month. You are welcome. Please, no drugs, excessive alcohol or marijuana. There is a lovely room with twin beds and a private bath and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a private bath and of course, air conditioning. If you need the extra room during your stay and it is available, and you are two or more guests, there will be an additional charge of 80.00 per night and additional cleaning fee of 25 for second room. When you make your reservation, please make your reservation for three. That way you will get both rooms. Thank you. And please, no eating in the rooms. guests may feel free to interact with me or not. it is their choice. The neighborhood is a mixture of farms (a dairy farm at the end of the road), churches and large homes. The road is quiet and no heavily traveled. There are good restaurants in the area and we are not far from Philadelphia and Lancaster County. the dairy farm sells cheeses and other goodies. St. Peter's Village is charming with a restaurant and bakery. There is the Butterscotch Cafe for breakfast, in Birchrunville. We have ample parking and there is public transportation about twenty minutes away and of course there is always Uber. We have one very friendly loud dog. I absolutely do not allow the use of drugs, excessive alcohol, or marijuana. Please only TP in the toilet.
