A twin bedded room within a spacious flat in the centre of edinburgh but surrounded by greenery and right next to the Water of Leith walkway. All amenities are within walking distance ie pubs, restaurants, shops etc. A 10 minute walk to town. A great time to visit edidnburgh is August when the festival is on there is something for everyone Guest access There is residentd parking available which my guests can use During your stay I work till 3.30 Monday to Friday and live quite a busy life sometimes so am not always home. If you have any problems or need help with anything feel free to ask or call me on my mobile number which i will supply you with. I am sorry but due to people saying they are arriving at a certain time and turning up hours later (sometimes cant be helped i know) I am having to make the check in time at weekends up till 2.30pm in the afternoon so if guests are going to be later than that they will have to wait till around 6pm as I work all week and have things to do at the weekends, hope this suits......... Other things to note There are stairs leading down to the bedroom so it's not very accessible to anyone with mobility issues sorry
