Peaceful garden retreat near beach and town

Peaceful one bedroom garden hideaway in grounds of our house with a beautiful garden outlook. Perfect for two and located a 5 minute walk from the beach and the town. Falmouth train station is a minute's walk away. Detatched and secluded it is accessed from the side of our house, it has its own covered veranda with chairs and a table where you can sit, relax and watch the birds and squirrels. Off road parking. Superfast fibre broadband. The space Recently built two roomed annex with bedroom, kitchen/lounge, with sofa, table and chairs, Bosch induction hob and oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is well equipped and has a table and chairs and a TV. The TV has Netflix. Efficient electric storage type heaters in both rooms. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Bedroom with en-suite. Cupboard with hanging space, chest of drawers. There is a small desk overlooking the garden. Roberts radio. The veranda gets the morning sun and has soft harbour lights for night time. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful garden with a glass of wine. There is a large cedar garden octagon with seating, wood burner, lighting and electrics for guests use. We are on hand for advice and information about the local area but otherwise leave you to it. There is a utility room with wet suits, goggles etc and beach towels for you to borrow. There is also a spare fridge and freezer in here if you need extra space. There is a second patio for guests to use in the large garden and also a barbecue and a swing ball set! Washer and dryer available for stays of a week or more. If you use the barbecue, please leave it for me to clean as it's not possible to clean it in the hideaway. Thank you 😊
