The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, fully fenced, on a very quiet little street. The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its lovely terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternais vineyards and the wine chateaux. There is a small seating area with its comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed. The space The property has a private entrance for guests. Other things to note no partying allowed Very quiet area, no noise after 10 pm Upon request, we can leave you a gourmet platter (cheeses, cold cuts, etc.) in the fridge for your aperitifs for 20 euros, an assortment of desserts (mini cannelés, macarons, chocolate, meringue, etc.) for 15 euros, a bottle of champagne for 25 euros, a bottle of Sauternes for 20 euros, or a bouquet of roses for 20 euros.
