Recently completely renovated, it has spectacular views over the golf course and Pacific Ocean and the beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 queen bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, oven & grill, dishwasher, coffee machine and a gas BBQ on the deck overlooking ocean. The space This is a non smoking house. Separate laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Free NBN and internal wifi. Satellite TV/DVD. Off street parking for 3 vehicles including a double lockup garage. Sorry, no boat parking available. Guest access All rooms and outdoor living areas will be accessible to guests. The double lock-up garage will be accessible to guests for their cars and other luggage. Other things to note The host will put the rubbish bins out on Tuesday each week. Guests will need to supervise young children as the property is near to the First Green On the Golf Course. Children are not permitted on the greens or fairways unless they have payed their green's fees. Apart from this the property is located in a quiet and peaceful environment.
