One-bedroom apartment (42 m2) with a balcony and amazing sea view. The apartment is situated in a building on 10th floor (out of 13), only 10 min by car from center of town and Diocletian Palace. (app. 2km) Building is surrounded by many small coffee bars, restaurants, small shops, shopping center, park and beautiful beaches since it takes only 10 minutes by foot to reach the sea. Easy accessible by car or bus. Large free parking in front of the building. The space The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated on the 10th floor. A balcony has amazing view on the eastern part of town and sea. The apartment has a private entrance and a free parking in front of the building. Building is equipped with central heating (one of few in Split) so it is suitable for a comfortable stay during the winter. There is also writing desk in bedroom so in case you need peaceful place to write email or read some report during vacation, you can. (although we would suggest, not to ;) Other things to note High-speed Internet connection (optical link) available inside apartment with 1 Gbit LAN wired connection. Wirelles/wired equipment used is Mikrotik and WiFi covers all areas of appartment. Since we both enjoy listening music, in living room, you can find nice vintage Sansui stereo amplifier combined with AirPlay receiver. Bedroom is also equiped with speakers and TV set, so in case you cannot sleep… In case you occasionaly need it, you are free to use our colour printer.
