Bed and breakfast in Ballachulish

A 4 star Visit Scotland Victorian villa built in 1885 owned and run by Lawrence & Katrina since 2015. The house sits in attractive gardens on the shore of Loch Linnhe near Ballachulish and Glencoe and surrounded by spectacular mountain and coastal scenery. Full Scottish breakfast is included at your own table along with free wifi and parking. All rooms have en-suite showers. Special dietary needs are catered for with notice. Guest also have sole use of a cosy lounge with a whisky/gin bar. The space The room located at the front of the house benefits from panoramic loch views. There is a comfortable king size brass bed, window seating area, generous shower room, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, TV, Radio, USB charging port, hairdryer, hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits, Highland Soap company toiletries, bathrobes and large white, fluffy bathsheets. Fresh milk and bottled water available on request. Guest access There is a guest lounge with wood burner and honesty bar exclusively for guest use and a guest dining room. There is also a complementary Nespresso coffee station for guest use in the lounge. During your stay We are pleased to let guests know that we live in the property and are available to help guests with plans and requests as needed. A bell in reception may be pressed for service. Although we do leave the property on occasion we are always at home from 4pm (check in) and every evening. Other things to note We welcome children over the age of 13. All of our rooms are up to a maximum occupancy of two people. We are sorry we do not have laundry facilities or services. We would recommend that our guests pre arrange dinner reservations to avoid disappointment as reduced local restaurant capacity has made it difficult to make last minute dinner reservations.
