This is the perfect spot for a small group visiting Flagstaff or Grand Canyon. Bright, upstairs unit with a living space, bedroom, and full bath. One king-sized, Tempur-pedic bed and 2 twin daybeds in living room. No kitchen, but small food prep area ( see pics). Your hosts are Grand Canyon experts! Good for trailers or multiple cars *not a good fit for cigarette smokers The space This space is completely private and with a private entrance, it is the upstairs portion of a house. Fast Wi-Fi (1gig) for zoom meetings. Guests will love how quiet, bright and comfortable it is. Not a good fit if you are planning on cooking and eating in. There is NO kitchen but there is a small food prep area (see photos). There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, tea, drip coffee maker, coffee, creamer,InstaPot, plates, bowls, silverware. Longer stays should consider bringing disposable plates and silverware. If you run out of dishes, they will need to be cleaned in the bathtub. The front and back yards have patio seating and beautiful flowers and gardens which are accessible to all guests. Our home is best approached with an open heart and feeling of community! With brand new windows as well as central heating and cooling you will stay comfortable! The space is about 600 sq. feet. If you see us watering the garden come on down and say hello! *Eco-Friendly! We use use grey water to for our pollinator flower garden. We also have a rain catchment system to water our vegetable garden. We have solar and a large vermi-composting system. *Note: There is a small chance that we will need to access our laundry room between 10AM-3PM. Our laundry room is located at the bottom of your stairwell. We will make a concerted effort to not access the laundry room if you are home so you most likely will not even see or hear us. *The space is not a good fit for cigarette smokers as hosts are allergic. *5-day cancellation policy.
