Villa Southcrest

Spacious and comfortable villa away from main roads - perfectly quiet for a great relaxing holiday in the sun. Albufeira with its nightlife and beaches is only 5 minutes drive. Idyllic for families, as it has two living areas. Great for the kids. Air conditioning available in the bedrooms. My wife and I stay in an adjacent house to the villa and are available to assist with any issue which also provides an additional element of security for our guests. The space The villa is divided in an upstairs and downstairs area each fully equipped and furnished. Upstairs area contains a small kitchenette, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) opening to a large terrace. Downstairs contains a large kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms (one suite with a double bed, bathroom and a large sunny terrace and one bedroom with two double beds) and a bathroom. Each living area can be accessed via an independent outside entrance or via an interior staircase. The downstairs living room has a fireplace and large patio doors which lead to a terrace and garden with a outdoor pool (only warms when it is sunny, in cloudy weather the pool does not warm). In the garden we have a table tennis table, volley ball net and barbeque. Air conditioning (at an additional cost of 25€ per day) is available in each of the rooms. Internet access, cable TV, and the cleaning service is free. The villa is 3km from the nearest beach, 2km from Albufeira town centre and 500m from the nearest coffee bar.
