It should be returned in full and in perfect condition. 2) The owners come regularly to La Grande Motte and make every effort to ensure that their vacationers stay there in the best conditions, while respecting the neighborhood that lives year-round in the residence. Please be sure to respect it too :) Discretion in the evening is essential in the accommodation. 3) Minimum cleaning required: Refrigerator cleared of non-consumable products, stains on floors, furniture and walls, sand and hair on the bathroom floor or on the bedding removed, garbage cans emptied, dishes put away and clean. This is to make it easier to offer impeccable accommodation to the following vacationers, as the time between a departure and an arrival is sometimes very short, and we want everyone to find a perfectly clean living space to start their stay. If these conditions are not met, we are obliged to bring in a person for a more complete cleaning at the rate of €25 per hour including charge, claimed on your Airbnb deposit. You therefore agree to these terms by booking our home. 4) Non-smoking accommodation, only outside. 5) No extra travelers or overnight guests without the host's approval. 6) Some commonly used products are available for your arrival. It is advisable to replace the products you have used, so that the next vacationers do not miss anything when they are welcomed to the apartment. 7) Tenants must respect the co-ownership rules and common areas. 8) Tenants must not exceed the number of occupants, which is a maximum of 4 people. 9) LATE CHECK-IN AFTER 8 P.M. or EARLY CHECK-IN BEFORE 4 P.M.: extra €25.
