The space Located at the back of the house overlooking the garden and Koi fish pond this good sized comfortable double room has its own private luxury shower room with toilet, basin, walk in shower. Complete with fast (60mps) free unlimited wifi, good sized storage, wardrobe, chest of draws, hairdryer, lava lamp, fan and local books on the history of the Eastend. Please note we have full automated fire suppression sprinklers in every room and smoke detectors throughout the house. Guest access A great breakfast with home cooked croissants, yoghurts, fruit, tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast cereals is laid out every morning in the lounge/ dinning area with great views of the garden. Weather permitting you can take breakfast in the garden complete with Koi carp pond and summer flowers. Please note the kitchen and fridge are not available for use other than when we prepare and serve breakfast in the mornings. During your stay Chris and Leroy have both received COVID vaccinations. We are very happy to give local knowledge from both living in London for many decades on the best places to go and how to get there. Other things to note Working to make our house low environmental impact- we have solar panels, evacuated tubes and wood burner stove for heating & hot water, rainwater recycling for toilet flushing and low energy appliances throughout. We have well behaved dogs who stay in the lounge in their crates spaniel
