Commune88 WEST - Heart of The City. Commune88 is an office complex which is being completely revamped and turned into a hip & cozy CoLiving space in very city centre. Commune88 WEST consists of a large, separate and independent 2 BR apartment . Commune88 EAST consists of 6 individual rooms with shared facilities such as kitchen, toilets & shower. All guests have 2 large lounge & party spaces ( plus an optional meeting room ) and a chill & grill terrace at their disposal! The space NOTICE: COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS based on CDC/WHO hygiene guidelines are all in place. Commune88 WEST boasts an apartment ( 80 m2) with two spacious and bright rooms, a functional MIELE mini kitchen, a one-of- a kind daylight bathroom and an additional, separate toilet and wash basins. It has been creatively and completely redone with unique artistic decor. It is equipped with 2 comfortable King & Queen size boxspring beds, working desks and top quality furniture. There is high speed ( 400 Mbits ) internet access with both LAN as well as WiFi. Guest access On the first floor we offer 1 chill lounge and 1 party room, as well as a chill & grill terrace. Reservations are necessary and additional charges apply. Enquiries welcome ! Other things to note A key deposit of 100 euros in cash is payable upon check in. It will be returned upon check out. Additional fees> Private parking on our premises is available for 10 euros per day. Pet fee is 12 euros per day. Laundry is 10 euros per filling in our common laundry room. The latest state-of-the art Weber electric grill with a small adjoining Chill & Grill area ( in-house or terrace ) can be rented for a flat 50 euros extra per stay. Please make sure to reserve this Chill & Grill option well in advance. Pet Policy: You can either register your pet directly via Airbnb (flat fee €50 per stay, including Airbnb insurance), or pay our standard pet fee of €15 per pet, per day. For your pet’s comfort, we kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket. TOURIST TAX Please also note that as of 01.01.2023, there is a tourist tax payable in cash upon check-in. This amount is not included in the booking price and needs to be paid directly to the host. High season ( 01.04.-31.10 each year ) : 2,80 euros per adult per day, 1,40 euros per kid ( 6-17 years ) per day. Low season ( 01.11.-31.03. each year ) : 1,70 euros per adult per day, 0,85 euros per kid per day. In return you will receive the Echt Bodensee Card ( EBC ) offering numerous discounts as DigiCard to go per email. For this end, please provide us the full names of all your travel companions as well as your email address, if you wish to use it ( Most people don't, based on our experience ). If you travel for BUSINESS ( a written confirmation is required ) , this tax does NOT apply, unless you explicitly wish to get the EBC for business travellers.
