Its a ground floor of a house. You'll get a large terrace with a garden to chill out or sunbath. Barbecue is also included. The nearest beach is located just 5min down the hill. There is bay pokonji dol with a beach bar and restaurant. First grocery store is 10min walk and a 20min walk down the hill you get to the town center with all the restaurants, night bars and stores.
