Huge private studio with king bed, living room, kitchenette, dual screen work station and ensuite bath in quiet neighborhood 3 miles to beach. Full bathroom with amazing rain shower. The property has a beautiful sunny backyard with Korean bbq style table. You also have access to full kitchen with Wolf appliances and Keurig. Close to LAX, 8 mins to beach, easy freeway access and off street parking on huge driveway. The house is adjacent to a big park with basketball courts. The space Centrally located in the South Bay this property is close to both the beach and the freeway to take you anywhere in LA, all while situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. My home is bright, clean and comfortably furnished. The studio is private and quiet with an attached bathroom. You will be extremely comfortable staying here!! Kitchenette has reverse osmosis water system, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge/freezer. Great for traveling professionals and vacationers. Guests also have access to the main shared kitchen with Wolf and Miele appliances, Keurig, laundry, garden which has a dining area and hammock for taking in the California sunshine. Property has brand new central heating and A/C with UV-C sanitation system. TV has an amazon Firestick as well as local TV. Guests have access to laundry with brand new appliances. There is a dual screen workstation recently set up (check photo), just bring your own hub - 2x HDMI and wired keyboard/mouse. Super fast internet - fiber to router 300 up 300 down. Electric blackout blind in bedroom area. Restaurants and other amenities are walking distance. Bathroom has Japanese style heated bidet. Listing is for one guest only, exceptions can be made but please contact me first. If staying monthly my cleaner will come and clean your room, bathroom and the rest of the house (included). Potential for month to month, I get a lot of SpaceX, Northrop, aerospace/engineering guests. I have a couple other rooms if you're moving with someone! There are usually 2-3 others max staying at the property at any one time. The only inside common space is the kitchen, the house is set up so guests have their own privacy and don't need to interact with others often if at all. Guest access There is a keypad fitted to the front door, code will be provided before check-in. During your stay Host is available if you have any questions or would like advice on local attractions and activities. The host is very knowledgeable of the Beach Cities and surrounding area and is happy to provide tips and advice on great local restaurants of all price ranges, outdoor activities or any other local information. The host is available for check-ins / check-outs as required and will be available throughout your stay for questions, issues or emergencies. Other things to note This space is for one guest only. Must check with me when having visitors, and no overnight guests under any circumstances. A high standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the kitchen. Cleaners come about every two weeks, but guests are responsible for keeping things clean / tidy in between. If that sounds like too much, this might not be the right place. If you don’t have many reviews, I may ask for ID and a short lease agreement—just a heads-up.
