Cozy Miamisburg Home near local hospitals

Our home is situated in Miamisburg in the Sherwood Forest area, which is about 20 minutes south of downtown Dayton. For all you travel nurses (surely welcome!), the house is no more than 15 minutes away from the local hospitals. Sycamore is about 3 minutes, Miami Valley and Kettering are both about 15-20 min. You are also close to many eateries and park systems. Cincinnati is about 40 minutes away and Columbus is about an hour. You will share the home with my girlfriend Melissa and I. The space Your room is downstairs in a tri-level home which makes it semi-private and extra cozy. The only reason we would be in your area would be for laundry in the restroom area. We have our own restroom upstairs. Guest access You have the room in the downstairs level (tri-level home). You are also welcome to use the TV in the living room with Apple TV (prefer when I am not sleeping). There is a TV is your room that has a Amazon Firestick but not hooked up to cable. Patio and back yard are also available for you to use. I do ask you refrain from going up the stairs and allow us to keep that to our personal space. During your stay We do work a lot so we are not home very much, but always available for contact and don't mind chatting if you are up for it! Other things to note !!! IMPORTANT NOTES !!! The bathroom has a shower but no bath tub. Both the shower and bathroom are VERY small but still gets the job done. If you need a large bathroom/shower with its own ZIP code this is NOT the place for you! Again let me repeat, the shower is very small!! I have used it before and it works well for me. Some people prefer a little bigger space. You have the bed (queen), two pillows, sheets, two blankets, a light, small night stand, and drawers to place items in along with a small closet space. If the hosts are home you can hear us walking around around upstairs at times as the floor tends to creak a little. But we try our best to minimize walking around as much as possible. We both also work a lot so we are not home very often. Scott work's day shift and Melissa works a mixture of day and afternoon shifts. Small disclaimer because we apparently have offended some: We do support our local first responders including law enforcement, therefore; there is some memorabilia throughout the house representing such. So, if you get easily offended this may not be the place for you. If there is anything that would really help your stay please let us know. Please read the house manual once you confirm your booking.
