This little penthouse pearl located in the very heart of Copenhagen has an airy and modern feel yet personally decorated. The apartment is located on a nice and quiet street within walking distance to everything you could possibly desire to experience whilst visiting such as restaurants, shops, The Queens Palace, The little Mermaid, Nyhavn, the lovely and historical park, Kastellet. And even if you desire to explore further you will have easy access to public transportation. The space The space is located on the the the top floor, with a beautiful view from the small balcony! The apartment was renovated in summer 2018 and the layout is created around an open kitchen/dining room and sitting room. From the heart of the apartment you will have access to a small balcony. The apartment have two smaller bedrooms both equipped with a TV and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed (210x210 cm) and the other bedroom (Bedroom 2) has a Queen Size bed (140x200 cm), which fits 2 ppl. (perhaps a bit tight all depending on size) Guest access The apartment has 2 available bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and living room. 1 extra room is locked off and is not allowed to access. Other things to note Regarding access to this apartment, you will either be met in person by my assistant or collect the key at the local bodega, all depending on time of arrival, etc. The apartment is located on top floor (6th floor) and the elevator runs up to 5th floor, which means that one has to walk 1 set of stairs. In case the elevator does not work, there are no reimbursement since I am not the owner of the elevator, and this is just an extra perk. That said, I have been living in this apartment building for many years, and the elevator has been out of service twice for approximately 2–5 days within those years.
