Chudleigh Knighton is just 1 mile from the historic towns of Bovey Tracey and Chudleigh, and 5 miles from both Dartmoor and the beautiful beaches at Teignmouth and Shaldon. The space A stylishly renovated 3 storey Victorian terraced cottage complete with lots of unique period features, including original fireplaces and high ceilings. The light, airy and spacious property boasts an open-plan dining space complete with a cosy log burner and breakfast bar area. There’s a large family bathroom with waterfall shower and separate bath. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in waterfall shower can be found on the top floor of the house. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the property, including the private garden to the rear. Other things to note There are two flights of stairs at this property which make it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or families with crawling babies or newly mobile toddlers (there are no stair gates). This is our family home during the periods in the year when we do not let out the house on Air BnB, but it is professionally cleaned and maintained during the periods it is let out to holidaymakers. It is a terraced property with private garden, although the next door neighbour on the left-hand side has shared access to the rear yard area by the back door (which they rarely use). Due to the period nature of the property there is a path that runs between all houses at the end of the gardens, which would originally have been used to share outhouses between the houses! This path is rarely used by anyone else, but please note that it is a communal access path for other houses in the row and is occasionally used by a gardener.
