Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please. The space Sits in 8-acre hardwood hammock with abundant wildlife. NOTE: Well and septic service. Water treated at well to remove tannins, but may appear slightly off color. Guest access Space accessible by stairs at rear of detached garage. Double bed, full bath, microwave, small fridge and single-cup coffee maker. Local channels only; internet provided. Free to roam the grounds. No access to main house. Other things to note Taxi and Uber service spotty at best. Hard to find the 441 turnoff at night so get specific directions and call if needed.
