The space Cozy, sunlit, simple house built in the mid century. Hardwood floors throughout and upright piano in living room . The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress & frame. There is WiFi. The property is located in a residential neighborhood with winding streets. Lincoln 3912 is a one level house, with slightly vaulted ceilings throughout. TV is in the living room which has a full size futon sofa sleeper. 2nd bedroom has a chair sofa sleeper which opens up to a twin bed in addition to a twin size air-mattress. Washer and dryer: High efficiency front-loading Bosch washing machine. Gas dryer located inside small room in the garage. Please read more about washer and dryer in “House manual”. The TV is 26-inch, NOT A SMART TV, NO CABLE only local channels and Amazon Firestick, VCR and an DVD (plays only older formatted DVD’s). There is Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, Keurig and automatic drip coffee maker. Bathroom has bathtub with shower and safety grab bars. Due to close proximity to other rooms, the central air conditioner makes a “pop” sound when it turns on. This is normal. Patio in backyard with chaise lounge, patio table with chairs, raised garden bed and large oak tree producing acorns which, which may fall on the roof over the master bedroom. One stall car attached garage and easement next to driveway for additional parking. Lincoln 3912 is over 65 years old with original windows and provides an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for 4+ guests. Twin sofa (chair) sleeper and twin air-mattress to provide more sleeping arrangement options. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and attached garage. Other things to note -Adult guests must be 21 years of age or older. -Paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels as well as other consumable amenities are not replaced beyond the first 2 days. -TV (NOT A SMART TV, NO CABLE) is in the 2nd bedroom. Amazon Firestick. -I do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests must leave the place as it was found. I have a departure checklist which includes cleaning up, putting away dishes and tidying up. Please allow time to observe the departure checklist and clean up any spills before checking out. -If there is anything, such as a special product or cooking basic that you are not able to bring with you due to travel restrictions, etc. please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to have the items you request. Advanced notice is appreciated. -If anything is not working or the place is not satisfactory in any way, when you arrive or during your stay, please let me know immediately so I can help take care of the situation.
