My place is secure and is near the university belt, hospitals, as well as public and private offices. Accesible to transportation vehicles. One (1) month is the minimum stay. The space 20 sqm studio type unit. Furnished with double deck bed and 1 sofa bed. Cabinet dresser with four doors with respective locked. One (1) mini table and chairs. Ideal for students and reviewees. Guest access Gate pass will be issue to confirmed guest so kindly send me a clear copy of valid id to prepare/process in advance. Other things to note The guests will not only enjoy my space likewise, he will enjoy the amenities of the condo such as: swimming pool with minimal fee, jogging path, playground area and garden. There is a mall at ground level for basic needs.
