Wi-Fi and TV are included. No air conditioning, as the area’s natural coolness makes it unnecessary. The apartment is spread over two levels and is located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase covered in climbing vines in the summer. The interior of the apartment is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life, with every detail inviting relaxation: from the wood-burning stove that radiates warmth to the fully equipped kitchen, and the large, convivial dining table that encourages shared meals and conversation. The house is cozy and peaceful, adorned with books, paintings, and illustrations that add a personal and homely touch. You can enjoy a lovely little balcony with views of the mountains and the rooftops of Bene Lario, as well as a magnificent traditional patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom with a bathtub, and the other with a beautiful antique wrought-iron single bed. The apartment is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and an audio system, but the true highlight here is the tranquility of the surrounding nature. There is no air conditioning, as the natural freshness of the area makes it unnecessary. In every corner of Casa Annita, you’ll feel a deep sense of peace, making it the perfect refuge immersed in nature. Other things to note Tourist Tax Regulations - Municipality of Bene Lario: 1. Amount: 1.00 € per night, per person. 2. Exemption: Children under the age of 14 are exempt from payment. 3. Imposition: The tourist tax applies for a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. Please make sure that you have correctly paid the tourist tax for the entire duration of your stay, according to these rules. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You can also check in with identification at our check-in point in Menaggio. Early or late check-ins must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. In Italy, it is mandatory to provide the Property Manager with a copy of a valid ID (ID card or passport) to register your stay. Check-in is SELF check-in only for key collection; identification of the guest for document registration takes place in person, as required by the Police Headquarters (notice 22/11/2024). Entry instructions will not be provided to those who refuse identification. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
