Small cabin on a quiet pond

Rustic cabin on a pond in the country with 400 acres of untouched wilderness to enjoy walking, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, skating, snowshoeing and much more. Heated and very cozy for winter and cool through the summer . running water and hot showers seasonally. 400 metres off a road for peace and tranquility in nature. Most essentials are included and you will receive instructions for your stay with access to me at anytime. We do have air condition which is pay per use to pay for gas The space A place to go and relax to reconnect with nature with outdoor activities. We have 3 pairs of skates for you to use if I determine the ice is safe. Should be good for Feb-March. Size 4,10 and 12. We also have 2 pairs of snowshoes for you to use. All paper plates, cups and plastic forks and knives are supplied. Pots and pans and all cookware present. A two burner cooking stove inside, a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. We have a barbecue and 2 burner Coleman stove with tanks for you outside as well. We also have a fire pit and wood is available to purchase on site Guest access You will have access to the cabin and the whole 400 acres to wonder and enjoy nature at it's best. All types of birds, otter, mink, muskrats, coyotes, foxes, rabbits, deer, moose, ect.....you will also have access to air conditioning for those hot days upon request for a small fee. We have map to walk the wilderness on our land. We also have swimming in falls and pools on the river within 5 mins and fishing off a bridge or under it. Our little town of Campbellford also has lots to offer. Ferriss provincial Park has a 365 foot suspension bridge over Rainney Gorge and all on the picturesque Trent River and our rolling hills. Other things to note Form late fall to early spring the water is turned off. From early April to November there is hot and cold in the kitchen, in the shower room sink and shower. For a toilet we have an outdoor facility that we keep clean. A greyhound bus can be taken from Toronto to Marmora. Then a cab can be taken from Marmora for about 6 km to the cabin.
