This space is well suited for up to four guests. Both bedrooms have queen beds, a dresser, and closet with a luggage rack. There is a very functional kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, and full sized oven. We keep basic spices and cooking staples in the cabinets. The living room has two comfortable couches and features a 50" Toshiba Fire Smart TV and solid Wifi. There is an electric fireplace with a heater for extra warmth and a cozy feeling on cold nights. The house also has excellent forced air heat and central air conditioning. The tiled bathroom features a corner shower enclosure with glass sliding door. This is a downstairs "garden level" unit of a duplex, with plenty of windows and natural light. Both entrances into the apartment require steps. The house is suitable for small children and infants. There is a full sized washer and dryer shared with the upstairs guests. There is plenty of parking on the street, the house is on a corner lot. There is one off street parking spot in the back, first come first serve. Uber/Lyft rides are reasonable from the house to downtown and to/from the airport. Taxi 9000 and Metro Taxi can also be used and scheduled for early airport pickups, etc. We live nearby, so are available. The house is in Central Bismarck, is in a neighborhood filled with big trees, has great park access, and is an easy commute to just about anywhere. Hillside (Lions) Park is right across the street, with paved trails, a brand new outdoor pool with little kid and big kid water slides and climbing wall, tennis courts, two playgrounds, two ice rinks and a brand new warming house. The park is Central Bismarck's largest public open space. Ride share/cab fare to/from the airport is usually around $15. There is a public transit system in Bismarck. The house is on a corner lot with plenty of on-street parking alongside. In the winter there are two outdoor public ice skating rinks and a nice warming house across the street, open 'till 9 pm. Bring your skates!
