The space Ziv Boutique Apartments number 12 is located on the FIRST FLOOR of a beautiful traditional Greek building which has been recently renovated and redesigned. The apartment is attached to a beautiful 50 sq. m shaded terrace which includes a designated outdoor dining area. The apartment can be booked as a complex with a very luxurious common area (terrace) together with apartment 13, the house, or both. It is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street and in an ideal prime location. When arriving at the island, I will personally greet you and show you where the best places to park your car. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, common area, kitchen and bathroom. If you would like to sit in the fresh air, you can joyfully relax in our newly renovated shaded terrace (shared). The apartment (39 sq m. = 420 sq. ft) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes oven with double electric stove top), air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer and more. There are 2 beds in the apartment - One queen size bed in the first bedroom and one queen size bed in the second bedroom. Overall the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. In case you are traveling with an infant (1 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib with no extra charge (please let us know beforehand). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. We will make sure that you will have a great start for your vacation as we will provide you with sugar, coffee, tea, water bottle, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some other surprises.
