Its large living room of 62 m², bathed in light all day, includes a comfortable sofa design of 12 seats near a warm open fireplace, a foosball for your moments of conviviality, a modern kitchen with a central island for your breakfasts or lunches in all simplicity (Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer, ice maker...), a large family table for the more cozy atmosphere of your dinners. A flat-screen satellite TV receives both national and foreign channels. A BILLIARD room awaits you. This cozy cocoon opens onto a large terrace of 45 m² with a welcoming garden lounge, sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola, extended by the indoor pool and heated all year round and the 5-seat spa and then by a sauna. This is a completely private spa complex, away from prying eyes, dedicated to relaxation, serenity and conviviality: - indoor pool (under removable cover) and heated all year round at 28 degrees with its 5-seater spa in which you will enjoy the benefits of chromatherapy and 46 massage nozzles. - the wooded park surrounding the indoor pool also hosts an original sauna, in the shape of a barrel. On the ground floor of the house also, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 other large bedrooms with an area of more than 15 m², a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, a gym/fitness room (bike, rower, treadmill). Each room, with pleasant dimensions, is furnished with a 160 cm bed and has a large wardrobe with sliding doors; each is decorated with charm: marine, raw and mineral, romantic, zen, silver, it's up to you to choose according to your desires! Children, teenagers or couples with young children will particularly appreciate the silver room composed of 3 beds of 90 cm, including 2 bunk beds, as well as a double mezzanine bed (140 cm). Outside, a swing will delight the youngest. The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and its access is protected by a fence, it is a place where your children can play safely. An individual garage is available for you to leave your bikes. The bike path is also only 2 km from the villa. A quality service provider will be able to deliver the bikes of your choice to your home upon arrival.
