This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all. The space Whether you’re visiting family, on business or a tourist wanting to experience the best of Perth, you will have everything you need in your fully self contained home set right in the heart of this friendly, inner city suburb with free parking at the front of the property. On entering #15 you will find the spacious and comfortable queen bedroom and a newly renovated, beautiful, full sized bathroom with excellent hot water supply and includes a front loading washing machine. The bedroom has a split system air conditioner and its own secure balcony (with clothesline/clothes rack for your convenience). Fresh linen/towels, basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap) and washing powder are all provided. Upstairs, your apartment's open plan living area is bright and airy with two balconies that catch the breeze and let the outside in. There is also split system air conditioning for those extreme WA days. The full size kitchen is ready for self catering complete with a dishwasher, fan forced oven and gas stove top, a fridge/freezer, microwave, tea and coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. You will find a few essentials in the fridge and pantry on arrival. You are also welcome to use the GAS BBQ on the balcony. Free high speed Wifi, Smart TV, a DVD player, a selection of movies and novels to borrow. For lengthy stays, mid-stay supply of linen is available upon request. A lovely shopping village with supermarket, gourmet butcher, bakery and specialty stores is just across the road. Choose to eat out at any one of the many local cafes and eateries on your cafe strip and surrounding streets (our favourites and recommendations are in the folder upon arrival).
