Private room with shared kitchen, lounge and terrace

The room is one of 3 climatised rooms that we rent out. The rural house is located on the outskirts of the Andalusian town of Güéjar Sierra. You are a 10 minute walk from the main square with lots of bars. Sierra Nevada is 5 minutes away for walking. The ski slopes are a 20 minute drive away, as is Granada. The beach is one hour from the house. From the terrace you have a view of the reservoir and above it a spectacular sunset. From June to September we place a jacuzzi. The space The room has fantastic natural light, two beds that can easily be transformed into a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious private bathroom, a seating area, and underfloor heating in the winter and underfloor cooling and a fan in the summer. Guest access Guests have a kitchen at their disposal. They can prepare a simple meal and use the fridge. Coffee, tea and some basic necessities are always available. The lounch area has a small library and TV, and there are various games to play. The communal terrace is on the 1st floor and has tables, chairs and sun beds, to spend some wonderful hours, enjoying the view of Sierra Nevada or watching the sunset. During your stay I give my guests the space but I am available when needed Other things to note The salon is located on the ground floor, the bedrooms, kitchen and terrace on the first floor, which can be reached via a staircase. There is no washing machine, but you can always ask us to do your laundry for a fee of course.
