A cozy private room in our spacious, bright designers house just 4 min walk from Heemstede/Aerdenhout railway station. Frequent, direct lines in only 20 min to Amsterdam Centre or Schiphol airport (45 min.) Comfortable place to sleep after exploring city dynamics, local shopping or work. This tranquil single room is on the quiet, garden side of the house. You will be sharing the bathroom and other facilities. We have two other single rooms listed. Bicycles €5 pd) are available on request. The space The small but bright and comfortable room has a single bed and a cabinet. This room is a perfect place for someone who wants to have a good sleep after a long day of exploring or working. It is located on the first floor, close to the shared bathroom, which has two showers and two basins. There are toilets available on each floor; both are separate from the bathroom. To make your stay a unique experience, we provide: Clean sheets Towels Shampoo, shower gel Touristic guides Unlimited Wi-Fi connection Make use of one of our two bikes (€5 pd on availability, special offers for over 3 day’s stay) Laundry service is available at a small fee (€4.50) Guest access During your stay, our home is your home. It's beautifully decorated, so you will feel at ease instantly. Feel free to enjoy some shared spaces at our cosy artists house. We both work from home so there is generally someone around. Please feel free to grab a chair and relax or work at our kitchen table. And when the sun is shining our garden is a great place to hang out too. During your stay As a social entrepreneur (Danny) and designer (Bernice) we are enthusiastic travellers ourselves too. We have open minds and love to meet, connect with people and share stories. So if you like to share a coffee or glass of wine with us, you are more than welcome. At the same time we respect your privacy. Basically, we do everything to make you enjoy your stay. :) Other things to note We're thrilled to have you as our guest and want to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To ensure that everyone has a fantastic experience, we kindly ask you to keep in mind a few house rules: Kitchen Magic: While you're more than welcome to whip up a quick coffee or a sandwich, we kindly request that you refrain from using the kitchen for full-scale cooking adventures involving pots and pans. Fresh Air Haven: Our space is a smoke-free zone. If you're a smoker, we'd be more than happy to guide you to some great outdoor spots where you can enjoy your break. Tranquil Times: From 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., we invite you to embrace the tranquility of our quiet hours. This helps create a peaceful environment for all guests to unwind and recharge. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these rules. They're all about making sure everyone has the best stay possible.
