Pet free , non smoking, everything is totally new high end, private, clean and quiet. Heating/air, laundry machine, Full kitchen, private entrance and balcony. Nice view of trees and deer to drink your coffee with. Strong reliable internet, safe quiet and cute neighborhood. One off street parking space. People love it and we hope you will too. The space Everything is new and high end. It is 500sq ft plus a 140sq ft deck, and looks even bigger than it shows in photos. The king bed is VERY comfy and new. There is private high speed wifi with a strong signal, direct TV on a smart television so you can attach your own Netflix. Private laundry, private balcony, private entrance. Lots of natural light, but good black out shades for sleeping in. VERY clean, extra large shower. Full kitchen with seasonings, cooking oils, and coffee. Utilities are included. Private AC/heat plus a heat blanket and down alternative comforter and beautiful sheets. Rural wooded area with deer and squirrels hanging out on the hill in the evening. No PETS of ANY KIND, not kid safe, no smoking, Noooooo exceptions. We love hosting and can’t wait to meet you. :) Guest access Check in is easy. The door is left unlocked incase you arrive before me. The key is on the kitchen counter. Leave it there on the day of check out. The wifi password is there too, and its all pretty easy and casual around here. But dont be shy to ask questions before or during your stay. :) Other things to note My only request is that you squeegee the shower door or wipe it with the waffle towel. The water in California is hard and the spots can be such a bear between clients. So I’m always very appreciative when people use the squeegee after each shower. :)
