The space My apartment occupies the top floor of a beautiful Haussmann building in central Nice. Mouldings, parquet, high ceilings, southern light — old bones, contemporary lines. You are assigned a private room, designed as a cocoon: fresh linens, soft towels, chosen objects, contemporary touches. Modern bathroom shared with no more than 2 other travelers. Bright shared living room with a large table where breakfast can be served. Fibre Wi-Fi, A/C. Carré d'Or neighborhood, behind the Negresco: 3-min walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, 5 min to shops and restaurants, 10 min to Place Masséna and the Old Town, 12 min to the train station, 20 min by bus to the airport. Monaco 30 min by train, Cannes 20 min, Italy 45 min. Guest access Personal welcome on arrival: I greet you, settle you in, hand over the keys and a map annotated with my favorite local spots (restaurants, beaches, markets, galleries). In the rare case I can't be there, a secure lockbox is available 24/7. Chef's French breakfast on request — €15 per person, please book the day before at the latest. Served around the big table from 9:30 AM: buttery croissants, soft French toast (pain perdu), homemade cakes with signature flavors (rose, lavender, lemon), homemade jams, seasonal fruit, eggs, local cheeses, specialty tea and coffee. Everything is made here — nothing from a supermarket shelf. In the room and bathroom: fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, fibre Wi-Fi, A/C. During your stay I'm highly responsive and delighted to assist before, during and after your stay. Preferred contact: Airbnb messaging — I typically reply within the hour.
