Fantastic 80-square-meter loft apartment with stunning ocean views and beachfront. We have removed the partitions to create a spacious and light-filled room, with a wooden floor and decorated with natural elements and restored antique wooden furniture and other recycled or handmade furniture. It has a small terrace from which you can also see the sea. The space It's a house from which you can see the ocean from the moment you open the front door. To do this, practically all the partitions have been removed, leaving only the bathroom, kitchen and terrace separated from the main room. It has a full kitchen with a microwave. We also have a small laundry room with a clothesline and washing machine. In the living room you will find a comfortable three-seater sofa and a large television. The bedroom has the only closet available in the house. The bathroom has an electric hairdryer and a modern shower. There is also a small terrace from which you can contemplate the sea while having breakfast, at least we do it like this :) Other things to note The apartment has a double bed of 1.50 and an extra folding bed of 80, perfect for a child or for a friend who joins at the last minute ;) Important, it is a third floor without an elevator, do not bring your grand piano😜
