Australind is close to natural Estuary full of wild bird life. It is close to Bunbury, Ferguson Valley, Bridgetown, Manjimup and Pemberton, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Plenty of wineries and fabulous beaches to explore. Host can guide you to four wheel drive beaches in local area. The South West is a wonderful tourist area with plenty of history to explore. Also close to Warren and Blackwood area where tall Kari’s trees grow and are ready to be climbed. The space Guests have their own bedroom with a Queen bed and their own bathroom and toilet (toilet is in laundry) and private sitting room with coffee and tea making facilities a small fridge, toaster and a microwave. There is a smart tv in room. Breakfast is available upon request, continental with choice of French pastries or toast and choice of cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee. Guests can use common areas not in use by hosts such as outdoor veranda area and formal lounge. There is a separate toilet in laundry and guest can use washing machine in laundry if needed. Guests can also use the kitchen area and pots and pans as needed. There is a newly installed doubled glazed window and door located in the laundry which can be used as a separate access and entry. Guest access Guests can use common areas such as outside verandas, front and back if hosts are not using space. Guests can also use kitchen to cook own food and use utensils and pans etc. Guests will be given a house key if going out for dinner and given instructions on access to the house after hours. During your stay Host will be available at all times for guests if they have any questions or want to know about local areas to visit or places to eat. Other things to note The road where house is situated is just two roads back from Estuary with Estuary views. It is a quiet road and therefore guests need to be respectful of other residents’ privacy in the road. There is a large shopping centre five minutes away, with a Coles and ALDI and cafes, Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from in BUNBURY which is just 15 minute drive away. Also lots of restaurants cafes and shopping centre at Eaton which is only 7 minutes away.
