the apartment is part of a FARM STAY with 5 other apartments and is NOT a VILLA or a 5 STARS HOTEL. we have animals as Horses, sheep, chicken , dogs, cats and we are near the forest, so also wild animals the house is a renewed house of 1880 and it has stone walls and original wood ceiling. Pool, garden BBQ and oven are shared with the other guests The space Renewed apartment in 1880 old stone house, 6 to 7 people maximum (1 double bed, 4 single beds, one sofa-bed in the living room) country side very quite, train station at 10 km. The farm has animals, lot of space for kids, near to forest, plenty of wildlife (wolfs too). Pool is 140 cm deep, also little pool for kids (40 cm deep) Free use of wooden oven/ grill for making pizza or BBQ. Distance to Florence is 70 km , to Bologna is 40 km, easily reachable with train. free internet wi/fi Central heating with wood stove with glass to see the fire.
