Description

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with private entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (no passenger elevator, only freight elevator) quietly out to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for one person to stay. I only rent to individuals. The space In the spacious room there is a 1-person bed, an armchair, a QLED TV and Wi-Fi. There is no kitchen, but a niche with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine allows you to prepare coffee or tea and a small snack. The bathroom offers a shower. On the doorstep is the Cologne Volksgarten. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible within a few minutes' walk. The Rhine is a 15-minute walk, the city center with the cathedral is a 30-minute walk. The tram stops 5 minutes away and goes to the old town in 10 minutes. Guest access The room is part of my apartment but has its own entrance so guests are undisturbed. Other things to note Dear Guests, since December 2014, the City of Cologne has levied a "cultural promotion levy" for the taxation of paid private overnight stays. The tax rate is 5% of the amount spent by the guest for the accommodation. The amount can be paid in advance or upon arrival. Registration Details DEU-05315000-3-0012672-22
